SERVICE & FACILITIES

The stunning re-imagining of The Spa, along with the hotel’s destination Michelin-star restaurants and Mandarin Bar, were directed by esteemed New York designer Adam D Tihany. The hotel also possesses a beautiful gilded ballroom where the Queen and Princess Margaret learned to dance in the 1930s. On arrival, guests are greeted with a hot flannel and soothing cup of lemongrass tea. Service is exemplary and staff are always on hand to assist.
